Modifying Polo 1.2 Moda 60 plate

I want too up my horsepower and give the car a more sporty look and sound more sporty any suggestions

It looks like you have the 75hp 1.2 litre 3-cylinder N/A engine. I'm not sure it makes a lot of sense to add any horsepower. Any increase in power will be marginal and rather expensive (per hp).
As far as looks go, perhaps some alloys, lowering, different bumpers. There are a lot of OEM and aftermarket parts available for this car.
