Diffuser with double tailpipes?

Hello!
I have a 6C with R-line exterior, but I think it looks boring and like something is missing with just only one tailpipe. First, I would really like to find a diffuser that is similar like in the pictures below. The first one is a R-line but the others is from a GTi i think. And what do you guys think they have done to the exhaust system? Either way, is this possible to buy somewhere online? The diffuser with double tailpipes? Or is it something I have to rebuild by myself?
