Problem with Polo 1.2 TSI radio 2017

Hi, Ive had an ongoing problem with the car radio since I bought the car in March 2017 . The problem first started after its first service in March 2018 the radio would change stations randomly without touching the screen and change onto different menu screens by itself .
My local VW garage done an update on the radio system but this did not fix the problem, they eventualy fitted a new radio to my car and this did fix the problem until its next service in March 2019.
Same again the radio changes menu pages and channels on its own without touching the screen , Ive done full resets several times and still the problem comes back.
VW have agreed to look at this fault again next week but I would like to know if anyone has experianced this kind of problem before with their radio.
Any help or ideas would be appreciated .
