Tracking after lowering springs on gti

Hi
Has any one had issues with getting the tracking done correctly after fitting h&r springs or any other lowering springs to the 6c gti, ive had mine tracked 3 times and its still not right, they said its due to the progam on the machine setting it to the factory standard gti spring height and they cant adjust it to the lower spring height. It was only slighty out of adjustment the first time the other two times it had moved way out.
