BlueGT custom exhaust

Hi, I've had a custom exhaust fitted on my BlueGT. I am more than happy with the sound. It sounds way better than standard. However, when the ACT system drops to 2 cylinder it makes a rumbling/belowing noise. Obviously it switches between 4 and 2 quite frequently so this is somewhat annoying! Is there any way around this without silencing the full exhaust? I know you can't turn the ACT system off, and wouldnt really want to anyway as its a main feature of the car. I'm assuming thats why the standard exhaust was so silent. Has anyone else had problems with this?
