2011 Polo ISO wiring harnesses

Good Evening,
I have a 2011 Polo and are installing an aftermarket stereo, however the stereo turns on with the ignition off. Any ideas?
Wanting to identify which wires do what (very small orange, very small orange/green, medium red/yellow, large red/yellow and brown is obviously earth)
The Orange is illumination, Red ignition and yellow constant power on the new harness
