Can anybody help please,

I have a 2006 polo (according to the logbook),

It has a 1.4 16V Petrol engine fitted, the car sticker says a BBY engine. It has a 16V badge on the rear tailgate ,The Redline appears to start at 6.5K

How can I find out what BHP this engine is rated at,

The car also has Aircon.

75PS though it probably feels like 45PS, nothing you can do to improve that other than try a few tanks of Shell UL+ as I found that that stuff improves drivability at lowish revs.

No, it would need to have a BBZ engine to have 100PS output.

Do all BBZ designated cars have a 100 BHP output, ive checked and mine is actually a BBZ code !!
