1.4 TSI ACT Blue GT Coolant Sensor change

Hi team,
I recently bought a 2015 1.4 TSI ACT BlueGT and it has shown a coolant sensor problem on the diagnostic check. Specifically,
"P2185 Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor 2 Circuit High".
Nothing on the dashboard or any symptoms as yet but I have got a replacement sensor and want to change it as preventative maintenance. Could I ask the exact position of this sensor on the engine and are there any tips on the procedure from someone who has changed it on this engine already.
