Electric window mechanism swapped to electric.

Hello,
Is it possible to change manual windows to electric?
I've searched for a topic on electric windows in this forum but could not find one.
I have a 99 polo 3 door with manual windows and would like to know if the original loom can have the electric window loom plugged in or requires a full loom replacement.
