AC not cold

AC on my 1.2tsi LHD not cold.

I've had gas checked (it was full) have changed cabin filter.

The AC turnes to LO doesn't give out cold Air (lukewarm), after having it on for a hour. When turned to warm air temperature increases very quickly.

Should the fan on radiator come immediately on when you turn on AC?

Yes, also there is a system pressure sensor that can fail and an evaporator temperature sensor than can fail, any or all of these can stop the system running to protect it from high pressure. If you could get someone with VCDS to scan that car, they might find some logged fault codes that would assist in sorting this out.

Edit:-the fan not switching on could also be due to a failure in the fan motor assembly or its supply or the fan control unit, too many possibilities to give a proper answer.

Sorry this may sound stupid, i don't have much understanding of cars.
When i put the AC on cold (LO) the fan that attached to the radiator should come on. Is that correct?
Even if it's with fans and without AC.
How can i check if fan is not faulty?

when I said "yes" I meant that when the AC is switched on and it has no faults, the engine coolant cooling fan should run at fast speed regardless if it had been running or not prior to this, so if it was not running as the engine temperature was low enough, and you switched the AC it would run at fast speed, if it was running at slow speed as the engine temperature was slightly too high, then it would change to running at fast speed and obviously if it was already running at fast speed because the engine temperature was too high, then it would stay running at fast speed.

If you don't know much about cars, maybe you need to get a garage to check your car over as you would need some assistance from wiring diagrams and a workshop manual plus a multi meter and some other tools to make any progress into resolving this issue. Remember your AC system might have a problem as well, not just the fan control.
