Will this fit on the AW Polo GTI ? GTI Brake Cover..

Are they meant for standard pre-facelift Golf GTI? The facelift GTIs almost all came with performance pack/Golf R size disk brakes. Not sure if Polo GTI shares same size brake disks and calipers as pre facelift non-PP Golf GTI .
