USB adapter 000 051 905 for TPK bluetooth hands free

Hi, I am looking for a discontinued wire that seems to be completely unobtainable. I know some of you on here have one and I would love it if someone could help me out here.
The wire is a Bury Media adapter 000 051 905

It's for sorting out the issue of the bluetooth device saying that a USB needs to be connected and an update done.
