Rclick keyless system windows closure

Hello i have an rclick keyless kit installed in my polo 6n2 using the plug n play cabling directly connected to the pump at the back of the car and the window closure feature doesn’t seem to work.
Changing the settings on the module allows them to roll up when closed but then it also opens the windows fully after pressing the button once and there is no way of stoping it.
Im wondering if anybody has a solution to this problem or a way of making it work.
