Fault code 00518 & 00012

Hi,
Can someone tell me how to resolve these 2 fault code please? I have a Polo GTI 6c.
I bought Carista recently and it came out with these faults.
The 00518 comes up with Throttle Position Sensor (G69)
The 00012 is empty
