Wiring custom LED's into fog light adapter/plug

Vehicle details:
Polo 6R R-Line 2013 1.2 TSI
I've recently got some LED's off the bay to wire into my WRC side grills, i've wired them up using spade connectors and splicing all positive's together and all earths together as per pictures. However when i connect them to the foglight plug on my car, they are very dim and flicker badly. They stay on even if the foglight switch is turned off and flicker even more if i turn the fog switch to on.
I believe i need a resistor to stop this and to bring the lights to full power, is this correct? Anyone know how to work out what size resistors i need?
The bulb specs are as follows:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/10PC-12V-9W- ... 2749.l2649
* Voltage: DC12V
* Output Power: 10W
* Real power consumption: 2W/pcs
* Operating Temperature: -40oC~105oC
* Light source: LED
* LED Color: White 6000K
* LED Type: High Power 5730 Chips
* Luminance: 110-120LM
Any help is much appreciated.
