Hi

Anyone recommend in Aberdeen for programming?

Got full sat nav with appleplay media unit comping and want it all switched on once plugged in, in case the bum shuts it all down again

I don't know an awful lot about Aberdeen. What I do know is that enabling these functions requires tools a lot more capable and dangerous than vcds (ie Odis or hacking tools)

Hi I HEL, can you help at all, with now having mib2 discovery spec system, do I need a new usb wiring and socket, if so do you know which ones?

Find out where your local VAG Indies are located and email/phone them to see if they can remove Component Protection - some can some can't it depends on how well they have equipped themselves with VW Group kit and licences - if they can do that, they will be able to change any associated codings required when swopping ICE.

Sorry, no, the online resource that I normally use seems to have been taken down or currently not available as I was looking for another part number earlier today - it might reappear later/tomorrow/etc so I'll keep looking.
