1.4tdi bms crank sensor problem. HELP!!

Got a ibiza 1.4tdi bms engine. the car got a g28 (crank sensor) fault.16706/P0322/000802 - Engine Speed Sensor (G28): No Signal. Car idles at 1.2k and takes 5-10 seconds of cranking before starting. Glow plug light flashing. Changed sensor twice, Changed loom and Still the same. Reading 5 v from pin 1, pin 2 is earth and pin 3 reading 5v. Any advice on what to check next? Or if any of you’ve have a problem like this before. Cheers
