Re: Polo 6r GTI - Bi-Xenon installation Issues
Substantial improvement.
I assume you mean channel 54 (obviously), you wrote 58.
Hand switch = I assume you mean left lever/stalk.
- Check with a multimeter the +30 wire that reaches T16/10 (there should be +/-12V), it is the one that should make the high beam flash work when the light switch is in position 0. Check that the contact terminal is well inserted into the connector.
- You must change the combination switch of the steering column (STALKS) from 6RA to 2Q0, without cruise control (left stalk) and with buttons for MFI (right stalk) 2Q0953513G, that is to say as currently but 2Q0 (search in Skoda Rapid 2019 onwards). This will make your high beam hand switch work correctly and not strangely.
Based on the information in this thread viewtopic.php?p=596481#p596481
Undoubtedly you have to parameterize the parking lights (POS) with VCP or ODIS.
Temporarily activate Scandinavian lights (BCM: Byte12 Bit0 , parking lights ON with terminal 15 ON) to make your 'LED' taillights work, although we must find some OEM solution (I'll revisit BCM coding)...

Thanks
If i find it in Israel for 20$-50, i think about.
Nobody mentioned about change stalk in drive2 < no polo no rapid 2015-16-17-18 owner who intall bi-led headlight on pq25.
Now i se i didn't need 2 cable from sb17 to B3 A5 drl?rear fog to bcm,all rear light to bcm and salone light?
I did a lot of extra wires impractical and didnβt harness rear fog
I just couldn't find where it splits before SB38 to L and R, but this is a new project, fog with drl section
maybe yes maybe no i need recheckI assume you mean channel 54 (obviously), you wrote 58.

where he's going from t16/10, to SB fusebox?Check that the contact terminal is well inserted into the connector.
i try with china vcp only next week or in next 2-3 day, if no i go to local vcp owner with crazy price for codingUndoubtedly you have to parameterize the parking lights (POS) with VCP or ODIS
.Scandinavian lights with my weather I'm far from Scandinavia, i nearby to Saharaparking lights ON with terminal 15 ON

Re: Polo 6r GTI - Bi-Xenon installation Issues
- B3 A5 wires from the BCM to the headlights for the DRLs (TFL) are essential, the removal of the original SB17 fuse is correct.
Same as B5 B6 wires for parking lights. This is indisputable.
-Trying to solve the problem of the hight beam flashing in position 0 of the light switch.
New BCM coding (fifth test):
6C980F2000210400000808313E4B0CC00F40730F600338C0060000164800
BCM adaptation:
54 channel = 1
Clear all DTCs, Check the faults. Report the results.
-T16/10 is powered from the SA4 (40A) fuse, usually located near the Battery. I see you still haven't learned how to use the diagrams.
-On drive2.ru they do their thing, and I do my thing... sometimes we even do the same things.
However, I would like to see a thread on drive2.ru where they have done the same headlight installation as yours... including the LED taillights.

Hello
No lo no hi, when I switch it it flashing a bit and stop working. the high beam indicator is constantly on on cluster, I noticed that it blinks while i driving
I take info from Rapid Fabia and Polo owner who make autolight, some autor helped me alot, in the end 50% of my connection unneeded
I was terribly confused by many explanations when it came to a disassembled car
nothing change,New BCM coding (fifth test):

Re: Polo 6r GTI - Bi-Xenon installation Issues
Those/your LED taillights need to be coded correctly if you have a 7E0/7H0 BCM Max fitted in a pq25 model.
I honestly don't understand what you write. fev?
Nothing changes? I see only one fault in that 'semi-Autoscan' when at first there were five and then three.
If you want, you can tell me the author who helped you a lot, you can also post a link with those final results. Currently, the world in general is smaller than it seems...
I think that the real problem with your installation lies in those connections that you made that you say were unnecessary.
If you allow me some advice:
I guess your comments are very limited because you don't understand half of the things you've done, but if I were you, I'd try harder to explain things more correctly.

Re: Polo 6r GTI - Bi-Xenon installation Issues
Update
I change bit 18 from 73 to 66 and now i can flash with hi on switch zero
On parking switch Lo work stable the story with stalk still here.
Led drl only as drl.
and the right turn signal works with a fast frequent
And few no fev sorry

Authors who some how helped me only with few wire connections no more. Those who made a project bixenon on max bcm on rapid 2013 are not many, and no one has a complete record of how.If you want, you can tell me the author who helped you a lot, you can also post a link with those final results. Re: Polo 6r GTI - Bi-Xenon installation Issues
Perfect! so you only have to parameterize the parking lights (POS) and install the new stalks, right?
Please post a fresh VCDS Autoscan (FULL), maybe it will be helpful for many others reading this thread.
The right turn signals work with a fast frequency because the BCM detects that there is not enough power consumption.
About the stalks with normal arrow (6RA), you can do this test, like Alexander did:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X07mdIauRRE
.. being you who returns the lever to the central position.
Stalks that have the empty arrow (2Q0) return the lever to the center position automatically, but the high beams remain on until the next push or switch to the high beam flash. (BCM channel 54)

Maybe later i order from ebay! parameterize next weekPerfect! so you only have to parameterize the parking lights (POS) and install the new stalks, right?
i post it tomorrowPlease post a fresh VCDS Autoscan (FULL), maybe it will be helpful for many others reading this thread.

and it seems there is a problem now with left tail after lock ,LED continues work
and I'll look into solutions for the right turn signalThe right turn signals work with a fast frequency because the BCM detects that there is not enough power consumption.
earlier, when I install the bixenon for first time on the old BCM, some friends gave me this coding
20- 07 , 23 β 28, 25 β 06, 18 β 40, 19-56, 22 β A7, 24 β Π‘0 and they helped me with solving the problem of turn signal
i need to recheck one bu one tomorrow , may you know with bit i need from this list?
This maybe solution for tail, i recheck that and edit this post with full scan
Thank you so much

high beam indicator flashes or stays on while i driving
Hibeam turned of in this moment for understanding.
And right turn signal work the same way as left
=================================================================================
1)SB37 Rear fog T17/9 to T73A\6.
2)Illuminated buttons in the cabin.
from the connector of the T17/16 switch Grey-green thin wire to T73B\4.
3)Revers light and license plate lamps, T73B\7.
I just changed my mind in the process. Because the light sensor 5JA907451B that I planned to instal as I understand not installed on PQ25.
Maybe yes maybe no i didnt find solution)so I decided to stay without auto light and with the old T17 switch.
So if someone only wants to adapt the bixenon only, on pq25 with maxBCM, then he will have enough of those connections and coding that are in this thread

why is this happening?not because of my new battery I hope? 50amBCM detects that there is not enough power consumption

Hi
Hello
i'm finishing today just the left fog and it didn't work as a corner. so we only have one fault code, fog lights
and I did not solve the problem of turn signal, this change helped me before upgrade to max bcm 18-40 \19-56\20-07 \22-A7\23-28\24-CO\25-06
not today or am i doing something wrong

Re: Polo 6r GTI - Bi-Xenon installation Issues
To operate the SCLs (static cornering lights) the wiring for the front fog lights must be under BCM control:
The SCLs function and all its variants on higher platforms is great!
On the PQ25, depending on the factory equipment, the front fog lights may be installed without BCM control, which makes SCLs impossible through these lamps:
In your current circumstance, which is very favorable, going from a T17 (large) connector to a T10 (small) connector is the same child's game we have been playing up to now.
If I remember correctly, T73b/7 is for the output of the license plate lights, and T73b/12 for the output of the reversing light or lights. T73a/37 is for the input signal from the light switch for auto lights (AUTO position).
However, with a BCM Max the Coming Home function can be activated without the need to have a Rain/Light Sensor (RLS) installed. For Automatic Lights and the Leaving Home function an RLS is required.
In pq25 the CH function can only be a semi-automatic function. With the ignition switch OFF, pull once from the high beam lever, when you open the door the corresponding lights will turn on to guide/illuminate your path.
