Touchscreen head unit?

Hi, I'm new to the forum, thanks for the add
. I've recently inherited my late father's 51 reg polo 1.4tdi. It's in fantastic as new condition with only 43k on the clock. He'd had it from almost new as an ex-demonstrator & always looked after it so I just couldn't see it sold.
The car has an original cassette player though & I may be in my 50's but no bluetooth, phone, dab, sat nav etc is a bit too vintage even for me! So I'm looking for a reasonably priced 2 din sized Android touchscreen plug & play head unit to fit. Any recommendations? & due to the current restrictions something from Amazon or Ebay would probably be easier... Cheers
