Pioneer headunit fitment?

I bought a pioneer sph da-120, its a double din touchscreen headunit , i want to fit it to my polo, the previous owner had it fitted on a 2012 audi tt so he had the wiring harness and the fascia, cage for that car, i know the cage and fascia panel wont fit but will the wiring harness and everything else work?
