Hey guys I have a polo 6r 1.2 tdi bluemotion 2012. I converted the lights from h4 to h7 / h7. When the lamps are connected, the short ones go out when lighting long lamps. I saw a Russian guide on cable bridging at the steering wheel but it doesn't work for me. I also have a diagram about releasing a new cable from the J331 relay to the light switch, but I can't trace it at home (unless this diagram does not apply to my car viewtopic.php?f=56&t=68139. Request to you as if someone gave me a photo where J331 is in bluemotion. Or a wiring diagram (photo where I hold it with my hand) which goes to pin 40 at the steering wheel I would be very grateful. https: //scontent-frt3-1.xx.fbcdn net / v / t1.15752-9 / 98362294_652906858625516_3137040397851688960_n.jpg? _nc_cat = 107 & _nc_sid = b96e70 & _nc_ohc = ApFoWUdoZOgAX8GRNsf & _nc_ht = scontent-frt3-1.xx & oh = af70b77ed707520eb825df020f6b8fee & oe = 5EE6EA53

Sorry for my low English.

Do you have vcds? If so, please post your coding of 09 Central electrics

I don't have, but my friend may have VCDS. Can you tell me step by step (photo, sreenshoot) how do I encode 09 central electrice? When I do this, do I have to add any additional wire from switch J331 to the light switch or something similar? Thank you so much for help!!!

First I need you to tell me the bcm part number and its coding. You can find these with vcds

byte 22 of your bcm must be coded to 00

Can you describe to me (photo) how to find this byte22 and how coding 00? I've never used VCDS and I'm green. Do I need to do anything after coding?

I'm not going to do it picture by picture, but this is where to click:
Open VCDS
Select control module
09 Central Electrics
Coding
Long code helper
Navigate to byte 22 in the squares
Write 00 with your keyboard
Press X to close Lcode2
Do it!
Coding was accepted --> OK
Open long code helper to check if coding changed
Check function of your high beam

Thank you very much. So I change the entire byte22 (entering 00 in the square). bits in byte22 do not change (how are they there?). I hope I get it. Thanks again Iichel

Well, you're basically disabling byte 22 bit 2 (BIN 00000100 is HEX 04) but VCDS does not have a label for this byte. So you're doing it by keyboard, manually.
