Does anyone have access to or know how I can find the owners manual or shop manual for a 1997 Polo Classic 1.9 SDI?

I am having an issue with blue smoke out exhaust on acceleration. And I think I may have been running too lean an oil for a while now. unfortunately I don't know what kind of oil previous owner used, and I don't remember what kind of oil I've been putting in
the car consumes a lot of oil too.
I notice my clutch does not have much pressure until the engine is heated up. Could this also have to do with oil pressure? (I know the hydraulic oil is on a separate line, so maybe not)
