Seat bolt stuck in the tracks

Hi was wondering if anyone could offer me any advice, one of the 4 bolts that holds the seat to the frame of car has fell down into the seat rails, now I can't move the seat back or forward and it is really stuck in there, I can't even take seat out of car as the position it is stuck in covers the back two bolts https://ibb.co/F0zddPY as you can see in that picture is seems to be stuck behind a metal flap now which I assume is the mechanism for moving seat back and forward? This picture https://ibb.co/ZVgv847 is the rail on other side and seems to be clear? Any suggestions on how to get this sorted?

Cheers

It would be childish to suggest to shake the entire car.
Perhaps some kind of very long stick to give it a gentle push?

A Magnetic pick-up tool might help

or, can you push it forward and out the other side ??

Time to get creative, no easy answer just move it along to a more suitable point in the rail, maybe even use a vacuum cleaner with a "reduction" hose connected to it, plenty hair will get removed as well!

Cheers for replys everyone, (update for anyone who comes across same problem,) absolutely nothing was moving this bolt it was properly wedged in there, so what we done is cut a steel rod the correct length and put it down rail so it was flush against bolt, then we just took a hammer to end of steel rod and brute forced it out😂 so problem solved😁
