Noise coming from the right side when on full lock to right

Anyone ever experienced this? Installed stance + street coilovers (possibly my tyre rubbing but isn’t it happen when I have the wheel full lock to the left)
-This didn't happen before installing the coilovers
-Happens only when I have my wheel fully locked to the right and driving slowly
-Doesn't happen on the left
-I have just had a new CV join, ball joint and CV boot done
