Fault code 17564

Hello,
I have a problem with polo (1.4 16V, BBY, Year:2002).
Computer showed fault code 17564 (senzor of the air pressure).
We replaced them but the computer still shows fault.
In the set rpm car losing the power....for the few moments.
Anybody had a similar problem?
I need any advice/solution for the problem.
