Breaking for parts

I have a polo gti 6r 2011 basic spec and the mechtronics have failed, 1600 to fix and I don’t feel it’s worth fixing, any ideas what I would make breaking for parts, t.i.a aj
Im not sure for the UK but in terms of Europe i estimate this:
200-300 for the MFSW with Airbag
300-400 for the seats
300-500 for the cluster, BCM, Ignition pack, ECU
Wheels with tires, 300-400
Door panels, 100 for all 4
side mirrors 50
these are based on some of the items i looked at and the prices i saw locally in Portugal/Spain.
For the doors, engine etc im un sure,
