Heya,

I've owned my 2015 BlueGT 1.4 150break for around a year now, having recently got rid of the BlackBox I wanted to push it a little more so after deciding to go the safer route with the possibility to go back without much trouble, I've decided on the chip in addition to it having several modes of performance and eco, it looked rather appealing.

I've read many comments and posts about it and stuff but has anyone had the chip more recently and can tell me about their experiences?

I had a TMC Motorsport box in my 1.2 TSI for a few years with no issue and really improved the power.
Remap will definitely give you more power but it’s not to everyone’s liking. I would say go for it, wouldn’t bother with the Bluetooth version tho as they don’t produce enough power to warrant turning them off. Just leave it on maximum setting and you’re good.
Pretty sure racechip do a 30 day trial as well. Pretty sure other owners had luck with DTUK and TDI/TMC tuning boxes. Definitely worth a look.

Well from most posts on facebook and whatnot, I've seen most remaps achieve just below 180BHP, this box states that it adds 37bhp, which makes it 187 in total, so I feel like it's quite good if not better than a remap in terms of performance?

These engines produce fairly high output anyway so the difference won’t be too much.
It’s possible that you can produce more bhp using a box over remap. Likely produce more torque though.
