Hi, i am triying to disable the tpms light or reset tpms in my Polo 6C with VCDS but i cant or i dont know...

I had to replace the original headunit so i dont have the reset function. I have connected my car to VCDS but i dont know how to do it...

In ABS module i have found some tips about tire peessure but not sure.

I want reset tpms at least and if its possible disable of all this function to be sure that this warning light wont appear more.

Any knows how to?

TPMS is a legal requirement for all new models of cars entering the new car market in Europe after a certain date, is not an option, have you considered that and what could happen when you next submit your car for official testing - that is if it is new enough to require that function to be fitted and working?

What will happen changing the last digit??

Disable the TPMS. It will make it like your car didnt came it at all. All other functions wil be the same, hill assist, esp, etc.

Hi, anyone knows why am i getting those error messages??

ERROR: Security access required

I am not able to reset the tpms...

ERROR: Security access required

You need to enter the security access pin/password for the module before you change the coding. This is done on the prior screen and simply labelled "security access". I don't know what it would be in your case but 9 times out of 10 VCDS gives a popup telling you what to enter.

Thank you my friend... I will try it. Simply putting the cursor over will appear a pop up windows with security code? Tell you something soon if its works for me or no
