Hi guys.

I’ve bought a new Oettinger style wing from diversion to fit On my polo gti. To add this to the car I need to first remove the standard small gti wing that comes on the car. I’ve tried removing it but I’ve had no succes. I think I’ve cut the glue from the left and right side and I also have the middle loose. But there seems to be a bold or clip each side of the wing. One on the far left and one on the far right.

Has anyway managed to get it off that can give me some tips.

And yes I have seen there is a manual online but it doesn’t seem to include these clips.

I believe you remove the trim piece around the brake light first , just clipped on requires a sharp pull to release the clips (vertical piece when viewed from the rear ) this will In turn reveal the screws holding the top piece on.

Are you looking to sell the original rear spoiler?
