I have same kind of headlights but Chinese version and not Taiwan made Eagle eye version.
Eagle eye headlights are ok ok kind of stuff, quality is strictly average. There are 2 big disadvantages of these (Eagle eye) headlights.
1. DRL's are not proper DRL's, they turn on only when side lights/ park lights are turned on. They will not turn with ignition on.
2. The low beam housing is unixenon and not bixenon, means there is no retractable shutter inside the housing to work also as high beam when high beam is turned on.
I've installed 50w HID setup in lowbeam and 55w Phillips Halogen bulbs in high beam.. I'm very happy with the output. Night like a day
I would suggest you, to buy Chinese version any day over Eagle eye brand, better built with proper DRL's and proper bixenons.
Completed 4 years with these headlights, working perfectly to date without any issues.

In romania you have to have oem wiring and instalation, headlight washers then go an have the lights checked and tested to then be able to go the the "DMV" equivalent and pay them $30 to have them(i.e. bi-xenon headlights) written in the car's papers. Skip a step and if you get caught you will lose the cars registration, get a fine and have to change the lights before being able to register the car again and drive it. This is because people started fitting xenon lights to halogen headlight with no lamp and blind people on the road.
