HELP, How do I FIX MY 6N2's huge panel gaps?

Hi, I currently own a 1.4 16v (100hp) 6n2 and when I bought it, the space between the hatch and the rest of the car was quite noticeable. Does anyone know how can I regulate the hatch so that it sits flush against the body of the car?
