I’ve just tried accessing the manuals on my iPad and iPhone and I’m able to, so maybe whatever was causing the issue for you is now sorted?grazuncle2 wrote: ↑Sun Apr 09, 2023 10:38 am most of the time I cannot access a manual on this site

Thanks for replying.. and trying
I never thought of trying my phone...
I'm getting a 'the request is being processed; message but nothing else so far on the phone... strange.
I'm specifically looking for the page;

Clicking on the manual you’re interested in takes me to this verification screen;
Clicking on the box (arrowed) on the verification screen then takes me to the selected manual;

Re: Polo (AW) Workshop Repair Manual.
I've used this link and tried it now to see what happens. It prompted me to choose a colour that matched the sample, and bang, it opened no problem.grazuncle2 wrote: ↑Thu Apr 13, 2023 1:55 pm after a week of trying.. i finally got the gotcha tick box

Re: Polo (AW) Workshop Repair Manual.
Thanks for the feedback
There's something the site doesn't like about my access.
All PCs tablets and even my phone on data rather than my WiFi.. Don't get further than the captcha or colour choice.. If they even get that far. Mostly oooops try again

I'm not sure if this was already covrered (tldr) but if you use any ad block apps in your browser, try disabling them.grazuncle2 wrote: ↑Thu Apr 13, 2023 2:58 pm Thanks for the feedback

Re: Polo (AW) Workshop Repair Manual.
Hi.
Thanks for the pointer
No nothing like that. I have all cookies allowed. All AV and firewall settings at lowest protection just to let it have the best chance.
I'm confused now because after getting this far and having the viewing window open, it says pdf corrupted.
I don't have any general problems with anything else like this on the internet.. Just this one.

Re: Polo (AW) Workshop Repair Manual.
I contacted the site owner with my issues; but got no reply.
Tried it just now and for some strange reason I can get into this site and manuals now. I have no material changes to my PC system. pleased I can look things up though.
I did try print/save as PDF but all I get is six blank pages (preview) with nothing on them.
Same for everyone?

Re: Polo (AW) Workshop Repair Manual.
I'm still trying to find a way myself
perhaps things have changed since it was possible to download and print?
Still I'm glad to be able to get in to view at least.

Re: Polo (AW) Workshop Repair Manual.
erWin.
I wonder if it wouldn't be better to pay 1 hour of downloads in erWin, 7 euros, and have the updated information directly from the manufacturer.
The time it takes me to disable cookies and/or unblock web pages I have already lost those 7 euros.
In addition to losing all kinds of dignity allowing someone who is doing a legally dubious activity to snoop on your device...
I don't know what to think, I respect everything and everyone.
Please, I don't want to or can't argue, my potato is recovering.
Thanks!!
