Have bought 2016 6C 1.4TDI Trendline BlueMotion 55kW

Hi there,
Was a good deal, so got one(previous car - 2006 Fabia Kombi Mk1 Fl 1.4TDI 59kw PD). Waiting for delivery of Polo this week(the car will be delivered to me by the dealer from another town). Stumbled upon this forum on google and already want to upgrade something

As I am new here would you kindly help me with the EU part numbers and where to buy them(besides VW dealer)? The thing I'm interested for now are the following:
1) Original armrest
2) Flat bottom multi-functional steering wheel, leather handbrake and gearbox levers
3) Alu style on Climatic, headlight lever and window switches
4) Headlight improvement options?(auto lights maybe) Front and rear
5) Size of tires and rims for summer (R17). Gonna stay on R14 for winter
I think that's it for now. Dumb question, does it mean I don't have traction control(ASR) if there's no button between heated seats and Start/stop? So only ABS and ESP?
