Steering wheel light

Hello everyone,
I have a 2008 polo (1.4 petrol) in a good condition. So when I first start the car after a certain period, all is well no warning lights or anything. after driving for a few miles the steering wheel light is on and it feels a bit different (nothing major still can driven safely) I stop the car turn the engine off and start again everything get back to normal. I turn the wheel fully left then fully right no warnings at all, after driving for a couple miles the steering wheel warning is on again. Suspension and transmission has been fully checked today all seems good.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
