Fuel pipe hose

Hi guys.
Bit of a long shot i suppose but my 6n2 Polo failed mot cause the fuel pipe connector clip on the fuel filter to tank has been broken a few years ago from the previous owner trying to replace the fuel filter and falling and now it's weeping fuel from the clip.
I can't find where to buy a replacement or a part number and the mot place has said they not willing to attempt a repair on it.
Any one that can help me out?
