Polo 6c BlueGT 5dr- (Leaking) Rear window seals

Hi all- I have an issue with my 6c BlueGT and was wondering if anyone has any ideas- water seems to be getting in around the rear window seals and soaking into the felty material on the interior side of the window around the plastic door card- I bought the car in June but I think it has been happening for a while, as there is green algae sort of growth at the top of the door card (photos included) - I haven't been blasting it with a pressure washer- this happens when it rains steadily..
Cheers in advance

Is this normal? From previous experiences of cars leaking through sunroofs and flooding interior etc I want to get to the bottom of this :|

This happens when you have inside moisture. ( My car had this when i bought it)
Clean with a brush and dilute vinegar and scrub them. When they dry spray with silicone spray

My wife's 2015 Polo 1.2TSI 110PS SEL, has been parked outside for the past 6 weeks and it does not show any signs of rain water entering the car, or at any time in the past since bought new when being driven in rain. Normally it does get garaged at night though.

Edit:- also when it is washed using a mains pressure hose there is no evidence of water getting inside, you are checking all 4 windows frequently to make sure that they are not dropping down slightly and so letting in water?

Thanks for this - can I ask what you mean by inside moisture (in the interior carpets or)? do you mean scrub the felt lining of the window seals? It dries out when it stops raining when the car is sitting in the sun for example but leaks again when it rains.

Water does get in easily when I wash the car with a mains pressure hose, I just avoid the rear window areas at closer range to stop it from happening but water gets in anyway as a result of the washing process.. the only thing I have tried is opening the rear windows and pushing together the seal to try and make it in closer contact with the window - yep all 4 windows are fully up all the time - the front ones don't have this problem either.. Cheers

Scrub felt lining with a brush and vinegar and water. Dont press to hard.
Yeah inside moisture, because felt trapped moisture once and because of condesation it keeps returning back.
