Polo 6C 1.2TSI Weird Noise/Fan Sound?

Hi All,
New here as I recently picked up a 2016 Polo 6C 1.2TSI Match with 21k on the clock. Been running perfect for a few weeks but have just noticed a strange sound. Seems to be coming from under the centre console, can't be heard from the outside whilst engine is running.
Notes -
- Sound only starts 5-10 mins after start-up and drive, isn't present on start up.
- Once engine turns off, the sound slows down and stops for about 5 seconds after engine shutdown, making me think its a fan of some sort?
- It is not the stereo, have turned this off completely and sound is still present.
