Re: BCM Max Transporter 2013
So I have flashed my ecu with caac with 140 hp Instead of my current caaa with 84 hp
Basically CaaC is made only for 6 gear only, so I am working on a patch to fix this issue So coping all gear ratios and parameters from my original file should fix this issue
I am really happy with this improvement, but unfortunately ACC stopped working on 4th and 5th gearBasically CaaC is made only for 6 gear only, so I am working on a patch to fix this issue So coping all gear ratios and parameters from my original file should fix this issue

Re: BCM Max Transporter 2013
Nice. I recently installed it myself. Very pleased with the result.
Re: BCM Max Transporter 2013
Hello, I am trying to install the HBA system on my T5.1 from 2011, I have already bought the BCM 7E937090D H82 module. At the moment I have only connected it to verify that it is recognized and to do the same configuration as my old BCM 7H937089D but it happens to me that the instrument panel has no lighting and the central locking does not work for me, how have you solved these problems? Thanks in advance.
Re: BCM Max Transporter 2013
Sorry, I haven't introduced myself. (I use google translator) I'm iago from Vigo (spain) and I have a VW T5.1 from 2011. Thank you for accepting me in this forum. I have read a lot and I am really learning new things.

Re: BCM Max Transporter 2013
From memory, there is a pin that needs moving when going from 7H0 to 7E0 BCM. Also, when changing BCM you will need to re-learn the remote fobs using the adaptation channelJurelo986 wrote: ↑Sun Dec 04, 2022 7:24 pm Hello, I am trying to install the HBA system on my T5.1 from 2011, I have already bought the BCM 7E937090D H82 module. Re: BCM Max Transporter 2013
You also need to add wiring. At least two can wires to the instrument cluster. Perhaps even more.
Re: BCM Max Transporter 2013
Thanks for the information, really. So I need to take the cable from Can L and Can H to the board and something else? I have elsawin with everything I need up to the year 2015, but from T6 I have nothing, does anyone by chance have the PINOUT of the BCM of the T6 7e937090D to compare pins? What is the option of recording the commands on channel 10 of adaptation "called"? Tanks

- The Limalex thread: (put your attention here, you must read it in its entirety)
You should keep in mind that he went from 7H0 937 087 H BCM (high) to 7E0 937 090 D (Max), and you will go from 7H0 BCM Max to 7E0 BCM Max, so you have to focus your attention on the installation of the wires for the Stalks (T41) --- BCM.

In the link ask me for permission to view/download the diagrams and I will grant it to you.
Regardless of the above, the first thing you should do is the ross-tech procedure for BCM replacement. http://wiki.ross-tech.com/wiki/index.ph ... rol_Module

When you are done with the wiring, I can code your new BCM 7E0 + HBA so that everything works correctly, free, of course.
Re: BCM Max Transporter 2013
Thank you very much. I have already bought the wired ones to make the connections and I am waiting for them to arrive to install them. But I have some questions that intrigue me... My BCM 7H0937089D pin T73b/54 and T73b/57 are empty, however in the diagram that I have it does appear that it has my model, and that 28/29 are canBus Powertrain. nothing happens if I disconnect pin 28/29 from the cluster?

Re: BCM Max Transporter 2013
The first thing you should do is install the new CAN lines for the instrument cluster, between the instrument cluster connector and the white (B) BCM connector. These new CAN lines are called "dash panel insert CAN bus" although some people called them "extended CAN bus".
These new CAN lines will make it possible to manage the HBA. (processing speed, etc.)
The second thing you should do is replace your old 7H0 BCM 089 with the new 7E0 BCM 090 according to the ross-tech wiki (it's extraordinarily easy), and once replaced you can forget about your old BCM, sell it or throw it away.
With the new 7E0 BCM 090 the instrument panel can be perfectly managed either by the powertrain CAN lines or by the new CAN lines, although it no longer makes sense to connect the instrument panel to the powertrain CAN lines (it is only useful for compatibilities when BCMs Max replacements are mandatory without subsequent modifications/adaptations -VW dealer level-).
I seem to remember that your old BCM 089 is also capable of managing these new CAN lines (they were used in a 2008 VW model, I think it was in the VW Bora, I'm not totally sure right now), however it won't be able to manage the HBA because it does not have the appropriate pins (T73b/4 , T73b/8 among others).
Nothing happens if you disconnect the instrument panel from powertrain CAN lines and connect it to the new CAN lines.

Re: BCM Max Transporter 2013
Hello everyone, I have already installed the wired from the BCM to the cluster, and I have managed to connect and copy the configuration of my old BCM(7H0) but, it gives me some errors that I could not solve;
On the one hand, the remote control of the key never works for me (I have tried to follow Rosstech's steps but I have not been able to), it also gives a turning angle error, from media player3. I have reinstalled the old one until I have a clear solution. Thank you very much everyone for the help.

Re: BCM Max Transporter 2013
I seem to remember that if a second hand BCM 7E0 PQ25 comes from a vehicle - donor car - with keyless entry, you cannot adapt/match the remotes in a vehicle without a keyless entry system using the BCM adaptation channel 01 (the usual method) .
I do not know if this issue was resolved by other methods.
Solution: Buy a 'new' BCM 7E0 PQ25 or from a donor vehicle without a keyless entry system.
- The G85 sensor problem -address 04- may be due to the fact that the T41 connector is not connected correctly, you may have to press the locking mechanism of the T41 connector with a little more force. In any case it won't be useful if you can't match the remotes.
- Check the GW installation list (in address 19), it seems that you have not followed all the instructions from ross-tech wiki.
According to the images from ODIS S that you have posted, there are Control Units that do not belong to your T5 and others that cannot be reached because they are not coded/not active/not ticked in the GW installation list.
In a VCDS autoscan with your old BCM 7H0 you have available all the control units that are installed in your T5, which must be transferred exactly to the new BCM 7E0, unchecking those that do not belong to your T5.
In any case it won't be useful if you can't match the remotes.
