Fixed to flexible service regime

Hi,
The car was serviced last week, and I asked the car the service department to reset it to a flexible service regime from the fixed. This they said has been done, but when I check the car, the display says inspection in 20100 miles or 365 days, and oil change service in 9000 miles or 365 days. So clearly something isn’t right as this means it needs a service, either inspection or oil change in 365 days! I was expecting it to say service in 20,000 miles or 730 days. Getting to the dealer is difficult due to my working hours, and now almost impossible after Boris spoke this evening. Is there a way I can reset this myself without a visit to the dealer?
