Pulling feeling when moving off.

I’ve had building work going on in my house, so my mum keeps moving my car to the front of the house instead of the driveway. The past 2 nights when i’ve gone to move the car back in (1.2tsi 66plate). When i’m pulling off, the first time i try i hear a sound which seems to be coming from the back, and it feels like someone is stood behind the car stopping it from moving. I’ve not really driven the car properly for a few days only moved it back in but my mum doesn’t seem to notice anything. I’ve been moving off in 1st gear, does anyone know what this might be? maybe because it’s cold?

also another thing which i’m fairly sure is just the car not being warmed up. But i go to turn the car around and when i’m breaking, i hear a squeaky sort of noise. I’m fairly sure this is nothing but it could be linked to the problem.

If its cold and rainy its normal to get a sticky "handbrake", and thr noise when ur breaking again surface rust on rotors. It goes away after few stops.
