6R / 6C Door

Is there any difference between the 6R and 6C door? I know the 6C facelift has different bumpers, but could you fit a 6C door on a 6R?

hi all, newbie question here please. I am fitting a 6C front passenger door to my 6R Polo. The spec is the same elecric window/mirror/ central locking and the door physically fits but whilst the electrical plug is the same and plugs into the pillar, I've noticed that the wiring in the plug itself is different on the 'new' 6C door vs the original 6R door. Any advice would be gratefully received and / or a link to wiring diagrams that would help me...thanks
