Dog bone mount

Does anyone know what bushing part number will fit the dog mount? I dont see the reason to replace the metal assembly if the bushing is going bad.
Is it the same diameter as for Golf or Passat B6 that goes into the sub frame?
Does someone have this part laying around to put the width of the bushing ?
