Auto lights for 2012 polo with bi xenons

Hey guys,
So I was driving my husband's car and I miss having auto lights. I had them in my old golf and I thought they were fabulous.
My polo on the other hand doesn't have them and it's so annoying having to turn them on and off when there's a tunnel coming (and there's loads of tunnels where I live
)
I looked to see what I need to do to have auto lights. It seems rather complicated and I found this on eBay:

I'm no electrical person but thankfully my husband is. Is this something that would work and does it seem easy enough to install? It doesn't explain how to do it, it just says you'll get an email upon purchase on how to install it (not useful). It says it's for cars with xenon lamps and with a rain sensor which I have both.
Sorry that it's in German but that's where I'm located (originally from the UK hence why I'm here, my German sucks). It looks simple enough but the pictures are terrible and I can't find any other solution.
