Stance+ ultra coilovers help

Hello everyone hope all is well I have installed a set off stance+ultra coilovers to a 6r new top mounts also but I can not get them to sit flush in the engine bay they sit up by around 4-5mm everything is as tight as can go does this sound right or is there something I have done wrong also installed new drop links would it have anything to do with them? Thanks
