Low pressure for windscreen washers

As the title says, with the washers pointed up and while going around 60-70kph, the water jet only gets around 15 cm up on the windscreen. I changed both nozzles and it's still the same.
What should I check next? Can the pump be slowly dying? Is it fixable or fo I have to get a new one. If the latter, what is the part number for a new pump?

Is the rear washer spraying as much as it should or has done in the past?
If it is that should rule out the (common) pump.

tbh the car was like this ever since I got it, I always thought it was the nozzles, but after changing them yesterday, I noticed the problem was still there.
To answer your question, I don't know how a rear washer should spray. It doesn't spread on the whole glass. It's more like a small hose spraying in a single place (if it makes sense) and it seems to have a good amount of pressure. It's hard to tell since it sprays down and not up like the ones on the windscreen.

Rear is normal. Check front for kinked or damaged hoses. Check on the hood/bonnet hinge.
