starting problem

I have a 6n2 ol4 1litre engine
car starts for a few seconds then engine dies and I can hear a relay chatter. I THINK? the relay chattering is relay 410 (fuel pump relay?) I have removed the fuel pump cover under rear seat to access the connector
How do I remove the connector?
Which wire is the live feed to the pump? from attached image, I presume inner 2 wire are for the sensor?
How do you remove relay 410 if it is that?
Excuse the nut shells looks like mice, no damaged to wires though
