Oil Capacity

Can anyone tell me the oil (w\ filter) capacity of an MY2016 Polo 1.4 ACT 110Kw engine?
I’ve had it with the local dealer charging an upgrade fee for the correct VW recommended oil and will be servicing the car myself every second year, with it going to a reliable indy on the off year. I’ve been through the owners manual and there’s nothing, nada, nowt! So any help would be appreciated.
