Engine swap with different engine codes 1.2

Hi guys,
I currently own a 1.2 (60bhp) Match 5d and the engine code is CGBP if I change the whole engine block with a different engine code still being the 1.2 (60bhp) will it be a straight swap ? Or I need to make any adjustments ?
