Where is the oil filter located on my 6C GTI?

Just moved from a £500 shed to an £11k GTI. I've been looking into servicing my new 6C myself to offset the extra fuel costs/finance/minor buyers remorse on the vehicle, and when I've been looking at parts I have noticed that the diagram for the oil filters literally shows it as just a (see below) paper filter? Not the metal canister type which is the only type of filter I've ever known. This may be a really stupid question, but where will I find the fitment location for this filter on my car?
