High line reverse camera

Hi there from Singapore.
I have engaged a local VAG specialist to retrofit a high line reverse camera on my polo. But was advised calibration was not possible as high line rvc is not an available option for polo. And I’m getting fault code 10489856.
Is there any possibility I can calibrate the camera, and fix the fault code without changing to a low line rvc.
